What You'll Do
Represent employers and insurance carriers in Workers' Compensation matters
Handle hearings, depositions, mediations, and case strategy
Manage a growing caseload from inception through resolution
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and administrative judges
Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
Develop litigation skills while working alongside experienced attorneys
What We're Looking For
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or awaiting Pennsylvania Bar results
0–4 years of legal experience
Interest in Workers' Compensation litigation
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
Self-motivated professional with a desire to build a long-term legal career
