Our client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will oversee the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments, ensuring inventory accountability and accuracy. If you have experience in warehouse supervision and possess strong organizational and leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments.
Arrange for in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules and coordinate transportation of required materials with department supervisors for delivery to various departments.
Encourage continuous idea generation from team members for process improvement in cost, time, and safety.
Ensure the 5S workplace organization method is applied daily.
Follow updated schedules to meet ship dates and monitor quality in accordance with the company's ISO Quality Plan.
Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work on-site.
Collaborate effectively with others, including the public, customers, vendors, employees, managers, and executive management.
Perform multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or GED required, along with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. Previous MRP experience preferred.
