The ideal candidate should possess a valid driver's license, complete forklift training and certification, and have a minimum of two years of experience in various warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, ERP systems, and forklift operations.

Position: Warehouse Specialist
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough physical inspections of all incoming goods
Perform receiving transactions in the ERP system, ensuring alignment with purchase orders
Notify relevant parties when goods requiring incoming inspection are received
Maintain organization and cleanliness in receiving areas
Prepare project kits for wiring and/or assembly by pulling inventory based on the Bill of Materials (BOM)
Perform inventory transactions in the ERP system for project-related activities
Update project kits and inventory records as goods are received
Actively participate in cycle count inventory activities
Provide necessary internal shipping documents to the Administration department for processing
Qualifications:
Possession of a valid driver's license
Successful completion of Fork Truck training and certification
At least two years of experience in Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Management, ERP systems, or Forklift operations
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Position Type / Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, sitting, and standing to fulfill job responsibilities
Regular lifting and movement of heavy parts weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasional handling of objects weighing up to 100 pounds
This position involves working in both a storeroom and assembly area of a shop environment. The shop environment includes the use of tools for machining components and assembling machines. Lifting equipment, rotating machinery, and electronic devices are frequently present. Strict adherence to established safety standards and precautions is essential due to potential risks, including electric shock.
