Job Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. This role involves close collaboration with field operations, inventory control, and the COO. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing equipment handling, including inventory, organization, maintenance, cleaning, repair, and order preparation. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery and inventory storage.
Scheduling & Planning: Develop schedules, forecast labor needs, and implement plans to maintain smooth operations.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, management, and team members at all levels.
Staff Management: Participate in hiring, promoting, and terminating warehouse staff.
Warehouse Organization: Plan and organize warehouse equipment to improve productivity and efficiency.
Equipment Handling: Pull, prepare, and perform quality control and repairs on equipment as needed.
Order Processing: Use the ERS system to process orders efficiently and ensure all required paperwork is generated and filed.
Urgency & Reliability: Demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing tasks and reliability in all aspects of the job.
Physical Ability: Lift 50 pounds or more and perform any tasks delegated to the team.
Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example and actively participate in warehouse activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong verbal, digital, and phone communication skills
Excellent leadership and managerial skills, including worker prospecting, training, and disciplining/rewarding
Logical and mechanical aptitude
Highly motivated and independent
Valid Texas Driver's License
Proficiency in Gmail, Excel, Word, or equivalent programs
