Our client is seeking a board-certified Veterinary Surgeon (ACVS Diplomate) or a residency-trained veterinarian with practice limited to small animal surgery to join our growing specialty team on Long Island. In 2025, our specialty hospital is expanding to add an additional OR, six exam rooms, a CT suite, and upgraded lab facilities.
Collaborative, multi-specialty team: Work alongside board-certified experts in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Oncology, Rehabilitation, Behavior, and Theriogenology in a supportive and innovative environment.
State-of-the-art facility: Modern technology and advanced medical capabilities to support top-quality surgical care.
Work-life balance:No after-hours or on-call responsibilities.
Seamless emergency & inpatient support: 24/7 care available through our satellite location, West Hills Animal Hospital & Emergency Center, located on the same campus.
Requirements
Credentials: Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (ACVS) or residency-trained veterinarian focused on small animal surgery.
Licensure: Active license (or eligibility) to practice veterinary medicine in the state of New York.
