Own the entire sales cycle: from initial contact to contract close
Identify upselling opportunities and communicate venue offerings with confidence
Host open houses and internal promotional events to showcase the space
Collaborate with leadership on strategy, forecasts, and client feedback
Ensure seamless coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams for each booking
Manage CRM and event software to keep data organized and actionable

5+ years of proven sales experience in hospitality, events, catering, or a related field
A confident, self-motivated attitude with a love for relationship building

A creative mindset and a knack for finding solutions
Tech fluency: comfortable using CRM and booking tools
Organizational strength and grace under pressure
Professionalism paired with personality
Experience with hotel sales or venue bookings is a big plus
Schedule & Travel:
Occasional evening and weekend availability depending on event schedules
Occasional travel (up to 10%) to attend industry events and mixers
Flexible comp time provided when needed
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and be on your feet for extended periods during tours or events
✨ You’ll Thrive Here If… You’re a driven closer with hospitality in your heart. You love big ideas, bold spaces, and bringing people together. You’re energized by a blank canvas and passionate about making memories happen.
