Looking for advancement in a manufacturing management role that would provide career advancement and leadership opportunities? This role requires a high level of attention to detail, quality, and delivery of a product while meeting quality, environment, and safety in production. This role will report to the Plant Operations Manager, however, you will be managing three areas of production with three team lead direct reports.

Production/Engineering Degree (not required will accept experience)
Health and Safety Experience favorable
Managerial experience is required along with supervisory management skills.
Analyze KPIs and possess experience in analytical tools.
Knowledge of Health and Safety Rules.
Attention to detail and accuracy are important.
High standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with SAP preferred.
Good written and verbal skills.
Responsibilities
Manage the Lamination, Technical Logistics, and Saturation Departments to meet agreed standards, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.
Facilitate collaboration between departments to optimize operational efficiency and streamline processes.
Oversee departmental budgets, costs, and investments while ensuring adherence to financial parameters.
Develop and execute annual departmental development plans to foster growth, productivity, and compliance with health and safety standards.
