A growing heavy civil construction contractor is seeking an experienced Underground Utilities Foreman to lead a field crew installing water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems on commercial and municipal construction projects.

What You'll Do
Lead and supervise a crew of 2 to 5 utility workers on underground utility projects.
Coordinate daily installation of water mains, sanitary sewer, storm drain systems, fire hydrants, and related utilities.
Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
Read utility plans and coordinate work with the Project Superintendent.
Monitor production, quality, and schedule to keep projects moving.
Complete daily reports including labor hours, equipment usage, and installed quantities.
Coordinate inspections, testing, and material deliveries.
What We're Looking For
2 or more years of underground utility construction experience.
Experience installing water, sewer, and storm drain systems.
Previous experience leading a crew or serving as a Lead Pipe Layer or Foreman.
Ability to read construction plans and utility drawings.
Strong understanding of trench safety and excavation requirements.
Valid driver's license required. CDL is a plus.
OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
