Our client, located in Frisco, TX, is a financial services and loan company. As the Title Processing agent, you will review and submit vehicle documentation for approval of secured personal loans with the processing of vehicle titles. Check for accuracy to ensure the provided documentation meets all company requirements. Communicates with members, co-workers, and business partners to resolve issues and ensure processing occurs in a timely manner. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Title Processing: Efficiently analyze and identify vehicle title/ownership documents, process titles in line with state guidelines, and address any discrepancies or issues with paperwork in a timely manner.
Handle administrative office functions such as data entry, title tracking, word processing, filing, copying, scanning, shredding, etc.
Processing high volumes of documentation daily
Maintain current knowledge of applicable Title regulations and Company Policies
Check for the accuracy of the documents provided to ensure the company can perfect the lien
Works closely with others to ensure follow-up is completed
REQUIREMENTS
1 to 2 years of Customer Service Experience
1 to 2 years of Auto Finance Experience
1 to 2 years of Title Processing Experience
Requires general knowledge of captive automobile finance sufficient to handle sophisticated problems related to Titles
Good oral/written communication
Knowledgeable of Microsoft 365
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as: lifting, standing, sitting, reaching, twisting, sealing envelopes, filing, and reading
Ability to lift and transport up to 30 lbs. And push carts
