Job Description
Growing title insurance agency is looking for a motivated and experienced title agency manager to join their well-established team!
Title Insurance Manager will assist in consistently providing excellent closing services to clients and in growing the business. Direct reports include a staff of four (4) title agents, a marketing representative and a controller.
Responsibilities:
- The position includes strategic planning, project management, and critical administrative and financial oversight, but also serves as a key leadership role in shaping and sustaining our company’ s’ tight-knit staff
- A Law Firm Administrator who is a professional at workflow and project management, who deeply understands employee engagement, who is metrics-driven, Key Performance Indicator obsessed, and who will be invested in making important contributions to the financial and reputational success of the Company
- Manage the team, and ensure title commitments have been satisfied and closing properly
- Work in tandem with a variety of industry professionals such as real estate agents, title insurance agents, escrow officers, law firms, other closing agents, paralegals, and escrow companies throughout the closing process
- Develop management reports to properly manage the business
- Help grow the business with incremental profitable title files
Qualifications:
- Experience running an office and building a successful business
- Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- 3-5 years of experience in the title business, with management responsibilities
- Ability to take and pass the Florida Title Agent license exam and become licensed
Compensation: $50, 000/year plus performance based bonuses
Location: Hollywood, FL (Hybrid)
