Will assist with a wide variety of electronic testing operations on assemblies. They will set up equipment, execute test plans, collect data, and ensure products meet performance, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Inspection:
·Set up and operate test equipment ·Attention to detail when following the testing procedures set forth for each assembly ·Document test results accurately and maintain detailed records for quality assurance and traceability. ·Maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Collaboration & Communication:
·Work closely with Senior Test Technician, engineering department, and production manager to meet required testing regulations. ·Communicate effectively between multiple departments and work efficiently both in group settings and autonomously. ·Provide feedback to engineering and production teams for process optimization.
Quality & Compliance:
·Meet all applicable requirements to provide high-value products. ·Ensure all tested products meet internal and external quality standards before release. ·Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards during testing and handling of products. ·Identify and report any safety hazards or non-conformances promptly.
Technical Skills:
·Operate specialized testing instruments for diagnostics and data analysis. ·Strong electrical aptitude preferred
Workplace Conduct:
·Maintain the flow of products between the production floor and quality department. ·Physically handle products daily in a safe and efficient manner. ·Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
