We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join our team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in individual and small business taxes, and hold a CPA designation.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage tax planning and compliance for individual and small business clients.
Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns.
Provide expert advice on tax strategies and implications.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Develop and implement tax-saving strategies for clients.
Qualifications:
CPA certification (preferred)
10+ years experience working within tax in a public accounting firm.
Proven experience in individual and small business tax preparation and planning.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
