Are you a versatile CPA or Enrolled Agent with extensive tax experience looking for a unique growth opportunity? Join our client's small, but successful CPA firm based in north central PA, where you’ll work closely with partners, prepare and review business and personal tax returns, and have the chance to take ownership in the firm’s future!
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients on tax and business matters including entity selection, real estate management, and employee benefits.
Lead tax research and analysis on complex issues, and provide tax compliance solutions.
Prepare/review a wide range of tax returns, including multi-state and multi-tier partnerships.
Evaluate tax laws, recognize risks, and address inquiries from federal and state agencies.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and offer guidance on workflow improvements.

Qualifications:
5+ years of state and federal tax experience.
CPA or EA certification required.
Strong understanding of GAAP, auditing, and tax compliance processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Must live in the United States.
