Primary duties consist of tasks that requires advanced architectural and engineering knowledge acquired by a prolonged experience and course of specialized intellectual instruction in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Technology Engineering.
Your Impact:
Serve as the MEPT team leader for a designated territory through successful client interactions while directing company business development and marketing strategies that lead to financial success.
Provide leadership and manage the MEPT staff for an assigned office.
Coordinate smooth operations on projects with all disciplines and departments associated with projects to ensure a quality product is delivered to the client with the highest level of service and timeliness.
Ensure that the produced work is original, intellectual in the field of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology consulting that consistently meets and maintains the standards set by Engineers for high quality construction.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with business clients, leadership, members of field operations and Engineers divisions, project teams, contractors, and consultants.
Monitor and ensure the proper maintenance and compliance of project documents, files, and the project files directory during design stage, construction phase, project closeout, warranty review, archives, etc.
Communicate regularly with senior leadership on all project-related and team matters.
Perform such other work as to support and complement Engineers leadership in overall client projects and team management.
Perform engineering proposals and cost estimates for all systems including but not limited to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Technology, Fire Alarm, and Fire Sprinkler.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
12+ years of work experience with an AEC or engineering consulting firm.
B.S. Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related construction related industry.
P.E. (Professional Engineering) license required.
Ability to maneuver through Revit and AutoCAD to assess project design process and accuracies.
Physical ability and willingness to conduct site inspections and observe fieldwork.
Ability to self-assess project work and project budget status to ensure that project deliveries meet project timelines on budget.
Strong oral, written, and communication skills.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
