The Opportunity:
Our Independent Director opportunity allows you to work from home or your office, and offers an amazing training program, state of the art tools/technology, and no cap on commissions. As a successful business owner, you will reap the benefits of our seasoned peer-to-peer network which allows you to access a team of recruiters and business development professionals who can help expand your bandwidth and take on more orders or enter a more diverse set of industries.
What we offer:
- Earn 85% of the margin you generate on both temporary and direct hire placements with no cap on earnings.
- Join our peer-to-peer network and work with other seasoned professionals, allowing you to maximize your production. We encourage collaboration!
- No territory restrictions based on state/location.
- Back office administrative support - Full payroll funding for temp roles, administrative tasks taken off your plate, management of E-Timesheets for your Temps/Contractors on assignments, invoicing, etc.
- Access to our Applicant Tracking System (with full training), Marketing material, Company credit-checking and candidate background checking, agreements, and contracts.
- Your job postings advertised on the RIM website, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other popular job-boards free of charge
- Access to our Leads generation tool.
This opportunity is 100% free to join - We don't charge monthly fees or hold you to quotas. You are welcome to maintain your own company branding and relationships alongside your partnership with Recruiting in Motion.
Please note that this is a 1099 opportunity with no base salary.
Responsibilities:
- You will be part of an established corporate brand and team of tenured professionals. Your specific daily functions will include a mix of sales and candidate recruiting. Our Peer-to-Peer network of RIM colleagues will be eager to work with you to help fill your open job orders or to provide available candidates.
- You will focus on job orders within your specific areas of specialization that may include: Accounting/Finance/Tax, IT, Marketing/Creative, Administrative, Operations, Human Resources, Legal, Executive Search, Engineering, Healthcare, and other related professional roles.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in business development and/or recruiting in an agency environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and motivated self-starter.
- Excellent and reliable communication skills.
- Proven track record of success.
- Strong ethics that align with RIM core values.
