Position: Staff Accountant Location: Onsite in Corona, CA Hourly Rate: Up to $32/hr
We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team in Corona, CA. This role is ideal for a skilled accounting professional with a strong foundation in full-cycle accounting, who is detail-oriented and ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of full-cycle accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Post journal entries, including accruals and adjustments, to maintain accurate financial records
Prepare and manage depreciation schedules for fixed assets
Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Qualifications:
Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, with strong knowledge of journal entries, accruals, and AP/AR
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
