A progressive and growing public accounting firm is seeking career-driven Tax Associates and Tax Seniors to join its team in Orlando, FL. The firm provides a mix of traditional and innovative services to a niche group of industries. Its clients are typically larger organizations with complex accounting and tax needs, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment for professionals looking to grow their careers.

With clients located across the United States and internationally, occasional travel may be required. What You’ll Be Doing:
Engage in complex tax assignments, including the preparation of partnership, corporate, S-corporation, and individual tax returns.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to manage expectations, meet deadlines, and ensure client satisfaction.
Handle multi-state income tax returns and provide advisory services.
Collaborate on a variety of client services, such as:
Tax and advisory services
Risk management
Succession planning
Mergers and acquisitions
Financial planning and analysis
Participate in planning and scheduling client engagements.
Research and remain updated on current tax developments.
Provide support in financial planning, tax consulting, and business advisory engagements.
Occasionally travel during key busy seasons.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (high GPA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in public accounting.
CPA certification preferred but not required.
Experience with ProSystems FX or similar tax software is a plus.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge of trusts and estates is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $65, 000–$95, 000 annually (based on experience).
