Senior Manager, ERP and B2B Integrations (Hybrid) Our Client, voted Best Place to Work, is experiencing double-digit growth, primarily driven by their #1 beverage product. They are constantly innovating and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of ERP and B2B Integrations to lead enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business-to-business (B2B) integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ERP systems, data integration technologies, and B2B communication protocols. They will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of ERP solutions and B2B integrations to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Location: Preston, WA
Responsibilities:
Assume ownership of operations and service delivery of the ERP, managing up-time SLAs, the level of customization within the ERP required to facilitate business processes, SLDC of all customizations, appropriate documentation, and architectural design with the goal of ensuring platform scalability and enterprise resiliency.
Assume ownership of operations and service delivery of the Concur, web store, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) areas of the ERP.
Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and EDI upcoming features, functionality, updates to formulate and manage a roadmap for improvements and enhancements.
Meet with Business Customer Departments to understand system pain points and needs.
Research, think creatively, and propose ideas for addressing pain points and growing functionality and capabilities aligned with the roadmap.
Mentor and manage the ERP and EDI Application teams and support operations for ERP both internal and external.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for B2B integrations, including EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and API-based integrations with internal and external partners, suppliers, and customers.
Cultivate employees to become self-led and to deliver value, the right employee in the right position doing the job right and foster a collaborative culture of trust.
Empower your team (2 EDI Engineers and a Business System Adm) to execute in a self-led way to deliver business goals.
Ensure every employee on your team understands the value they’re bringing to the company, how they’re advancing the strategic goals of the Company, and how they are contributing to the culture.
Nurture strong relationships with our customers throughout the business through consistent product delivery and clear communications.
Requirements:
6+ years of functional system experience in ERP and EDI.
Current knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems, deployment, and integration.
4+ years’experience directly managing a team of 3+ employees.
Demonstrated success in ERP Implementations.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.G., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), DevOps, and CRM / Service Deck Ticketing Software.
Power-user in Excel (e.G., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
Great with PowerPoint, building professional, on-brand presentations.
Communicates ideas and information in a form well matched to, and well received by the audience.
Motivates team members and provides timely, constructive feedback and coaching that facilitates improvement and builds self-esteem in employees.
Ability to develop measurable goals and objectives with general guidance from the manager.
Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends for special assignments.
Ability to travel up to 5%, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments.
