Our client is looking for a strong culinary leader to join its premier chef-driven restaurant in Boston's Seaport District. This is a dinner-only concept, giving you a better quality of life while allowing you to lead one of the busiest dinner services in the city.
What You'll Own
Lead nightly kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef.
Command the expo line during high-volume service, ensuring flawless execution, communication, and timing.
Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
Drive food quality, consistency, speed, and presentation every shift.
Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, food costs, and labor management.
Maintain uncompromising standards for sanitation, organization, and food safety.
Help build a culture of accountability, urgency, and culinary excellence.
What We're Looking For
3+ years as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or comparable culinary leader.
Proven success in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment.
Strong expo experience with the ability to lead under pressure.
Hands-on leadership style—you lead from the line, not the office.
Experience managing food costs, labor, inventory, and kitchen operations.
Passion for developing people and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
