What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily back-of-house operations alongside the Executive Chef/Owner
Work the line during service while maintaining high culinary standards
Prepare and execute fresh, scratch-made menu items
Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff
Help create a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or strong Lead Line Cook ready for the next step
Passion for scratch cooking and locally sourced ingredients
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in high-volume, quality-focused kitchens
Knowledge of inventory management and food cost controls
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
