This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who excels on the expo line, develops strong kitchen teams, and is committed to delivering exceptional food quality and guest experiences. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred.
What You'll Do
Partner with the Executive Chef to oversee all daily kitchen operations.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
Manage the expo station during peak service, ensuring accurate plating, quality, and timely execution.
Serve as the communication link between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and cleanliness.
Assist with inventory management, purchasing, scheduling, and food cost control.
Train and mentor kitchen staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Step into the Executive Chef's role when needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar culinary leadership role.
Proven success in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
Strong expo experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Experience managing labor, inventory, purchasing, and food cost controls.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
