About the Role: As the QA Manager, you'll oversee the quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as SQF, HACCP, and PCQI. You'll lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and maintaining the integrity of our products from production to customer.
Key Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance protocols in line with SQF and HACCP standards. * Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure consistent quality and compliance across all operations. * Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential quality issues. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and enhance product quality. * Oversee documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. * Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in QA processes and team performance. * Manage daily QA activities onsite to maintain optimal quality standards.
Key Requirements: * Proven experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry. * Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams. * In-depth knowledge of SQF and HACCP standards. * Ability to work onsite daily
Desirable Skills: * Experience in bakery operations. * Certification in PCQI.
