The ideal candidate would be a recent high school graduate who is looking for a career in a shop/manufacturing environment. The company will train the individual on several areas of the shop.
Responsibilities: - Training in many areas of the shop - Clean and prepare work areas for projects - Assist with the organization and maintenance of the shop - Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working in the shop - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Experience: - Shop class or similar experience - Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus; strong mechanical aptitude - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
