Our client, a leader in the custom automation systems industry, specializing in delivering engineered-to-order solutions for advanced manufacturing processes, is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to drive operational excellence across various teams. As part of the senior management team, you will ensure the successful and timely delivery of complex, high-quality automation systems to clients while optimizing processes, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational teams to meet performance goals in manufacturing, supply chain, and service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and cost management.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, Lean Manufacturing efforts, and ensure high-quality product delivery.
Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to on-time delivery, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
Encourage a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
15+ years of leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
Strong business acumen and experience with complex engineered-to-order systems.
Proven success in driving process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (MBA preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
