Job Description

Job Summary: The Senior Information Services Manager will be responsible for managing technology solutions and driving process optimization across our distribution and fulfillment service environment. With oversight of information services, hardware management, and technology applications, this role provides guidance and manages various teams to drive improved service levels to both internal and external customers. Oversee the implementation and management of technology solutions, manage cross-functional projects, and collaborate with various teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Advanced knowledge of production machinery and job-related service delivery equipment and processes.
Preferred familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Experience with process flow design and implementation.
Proficiency in the proper documentation for process flows, building layouts, project management, and procurement ROI to obtain executive approval.
Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
Excellent project management skills and a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferably Six Sigma certification, demonstrating proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
Strong technical writing ability, with the capacity to create comprehensive documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address complex challenges.
Capability to conduct presentations, facilitate meetings, and provide training sessions.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to work in a support role as needed on various projects.
Work experience in a multi-shift operation environment is advantageous.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and synergy.
Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet timely deadlines.
Positive attitude and commitment to promoting a great working environment.
Willingness to work with all departments to create a safe and healthy work environment.
Flexibility with work schedule to accommodate business needs.
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed

Experience Requirements:
- Generally, requires a minimum of seven (7+) years' experience in operations, logistics, or IT in a distribution environment.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Alternatively, a combination of education and equivalent work experience. Project Management certification is a plus.
