Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst on a permanent remote basis. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in Excel and have a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Additionally, experience in sales finance and a finance degree are required.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. - Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for business decision-making. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and monitor sales forecasts and related financial metrics. - Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management. - Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance. - Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. - Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or similar role. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools. - Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. - Experience in sales finance and working with cross-functional teams. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
