Job Description:
The senior financial analyst plays a key role in the success of the company. They will assist with P&L reporting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, ERP implementation, and ad hoc projects, and wear many hats in the organization. This is a very hands-on role that reports directly to the Director of Finance. This candidate will gain exposure into all areas of the finance function, and have future opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Review the P&L for accuracy, prepare variance analysis
Prepares the annual budget and monthly forecast
Ad hoc reporting
Team with department leaders to understand and review variances
Work with the project team to analyze trends and risks
Cash Management/Treasury duties, including maintaining rolling cash forecasts
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or related field (mandatory)
5 to 10 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
