As a Senior Accountant, you will be a key member of the accounting team & work closely with the CFO, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include:
Assisting in the month-end close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and analyzing variances.
Conducting financial analysis and prepare financial reports, including profitability analysis, cost analysis, and trend analysis, analyzes selling prices, and monitors sales activity
Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports in compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and company policies
Reconcile and analyze inter-company activity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, M&A and sales, to gather financial data and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Perform internal controls testing and assist with audit requests to ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting requirements.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Oversee and review junior accountants' work.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA is highly desirable
3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, consolidations, financial reporting, or general corporate accounting
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.G MS Dynamic, NetSuite) is a plus
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide meaningful insights
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to commute to office location on a hybrid schedule.
