Sales Support Supervisor
Oversee the inside sales and parts departments, while performing assigned projects as required to support sales initiatives.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Four-year college degree with minimum of 10 years of experience working in an inside sales capacity including 3 years as a lead or supervisor; within the construction industry a plus.
Strong computer skills including: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
Experience using SAP or similar system.
Experience with Salesforce CRM or comparable CRM system.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Experienced in inside sales work: Quoting, order processing, navigating in CRM system, customer service skills.
Experienced in overseeing a small group of inside sales personnel.
Self-motivated, self-starter and energetic.
Positive attitude, well-rounded with ability to work in fast paced, group environment.
Strong multi-tasking skills and strong sense-of-urgency for task completion.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
Has a good mechanical aptitude and able to apply product knowledge.
ROLL RESPONSIBILITIES / INITIATIVES
Assist co-workers within the departments when required. Includes: quoting, order processing, shipping questions from customers, etc.
Work with inside sales department to fill-in missing details on order background information in Salesforce CRM System.
Run reports in Salesforce CRM System as required.
Conduct weekly department meetings.
Interface with and communicate department updates, resolve issues with orders, etc.
