Location: Manchester, NH (100% onsite)

Position Overview

Our client is hiring a full-time Sales Representative to join their Manchester, NH office. Reporting directly to the President, this 100% onsite role is ideal for a recent college graduate—especially former Division I athletes or individuals with a strong competitive drive. You'll receive hands-on training in medical malpractice insurance brokerage and the chance to build your own book of business from the ground up.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $55, 000–$65, 000 (no draw)
  • Commission: 5% of first-year premiums + 5% on renewals
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150, 000–$300, 000+ (uncapped)

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and close new business in medical malpractice insurance
  • Represent multiple carriers (e.G., Coverys, Kinsale, The Hartford, Burns & Wilcox) as broker of record
  • Build and manage a personal book of business
  • Establish relationships with physicians, practice managers, and healthcare organizations
  • Sell policies across both admitted and excess & surplus (E&S) markets
  • Track all sales activities and client touchpoints in a CRM system
  • Conduct local travel to client offices as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Division I athletic background strongly preferred
  • Prior sales experience highly valued
  • Exposure to healthcare or insurance is a plus, but not required
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly competitive
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, unstructured setting
