They are looking to hire a Sales Manager to join their Commercial team. This is a high-impact role focused on building new client relationships and driving business growth across North America.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who can take ownership of the entire sales process - from first contact to close. Success will require a combination of strong sales discipline, deep knowledge of social media, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing new client accounts
Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity targets
Research industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to identify prospects
Build and manage pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Client Success to ensure a seamless client journey from first meeting to onboarding
Stay engaged with social media and digital landscape to position solutions effectively with prospective clients
Required Qualifications
2–3 years of full-cycle sales/business development experience, with proven success closing deals
Knowledge of the social media landscape (platforms, digital trends, engagement strategies)
Experience with Salesforce (required);familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs a plus
Knowledge of social listening tools (e.G., Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprout Social) considered an asset, but not required
Excellent communication and presentation skills;able to engage and influence decision-makers
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
Collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial drive
