Salary Range: $70, 000 –$90, 000 base + commission + benefits

About Our Client
Our client is a global social-first marketing organization that partners with leading brands to deliver best-in-class digital engagement. They are looking to hire a Sales Manager to join their Commercial team. This is a high-impact role focused on building new client relationships and driving business growth across North America.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who can take ownership of the entire sales process - from first contact to close. Success will require a combination of strong sales discipline, deep knowledge of social media, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing new client accounts
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity targets
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to identify prospects
  • Build and manage pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Client Success to ensure a seamless client journey from first meeting to onboarding
  • Stay engaged with social media and digital landscape to position solutions effectively with prospective clients


Required Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of full-cycle sales/business development experience, with proven success closing deals
  • Knowledge of the social media landscape (platforms, digital trends, engagement strategies)
  • Experience with Salesforce (required);familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs a plus
  • Knowledge of social listening tools (e.G., Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprout Social) considered an asset, but not required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;able to engage and influence decision-makers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
  • Collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial drive
