Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive with expertise in sales within the flexible packaging industry. Must be a true hunter and have a proven track record in selling box pouches, stand up pouches, quad seal pouches, fold over glue bottoms, regular roll stock, laminations, and Inno-Lok pre zippered film.
Responsibilities: - Cultivate relationships with new, prospective clients. - Develop and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. - Utilize your knowledge of packaging technologies to provide innovative solutions. - Attend industry trade shows and conferences to network and identify new business opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications: - MUST have demonstrated sales experience in the flexible packaging industry including experience selling box pouches, stand up pouches, quad seal pouches, fold over glue bottoms, regular roll stock, laminations, and Inno-Lok pre zippered film. - Strong understanding of packaging materials and printing processes. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Experience attending industry trade shows and conferences.
