Exciting opportunity for a growth-oriented candidate! Growing roofing company is looking for an Area Manager / Sales Lead who will act as the salesperson for the region. As the area grows, this position will have an integral role in developing the region. This would include managing crews, scheduling projects, managing the sales team, and having a voice in growing the market. This opportunity has extensive growth opportunities that could lead to other career opportunities in the company.
Duties include but are not limited to: •Sales and Revenue Development •Meeting with clients and discussing the value and services •Scheduling client appointments •General correspondence with new potential clients •General market research •Interaction with vendors and sub-contractors •Other duties that may be assigned
To be considered for this opportunity, you should be able to demonstrate your skillsets and background: •Experience in Sales in the construction or restoration industry •Experience in the building or roofing arena necessary plus •Computer and internet savvy. •Self-starter with a positive disposition. •Demonstrated track record in sales and client development. •Demonstrated track record of being organized in business. •Ability to “think outside of the box”. •4-year degree a plus.
