Top ranked transportation D/E firm seeks Roadway Project Manager, Seller/Doer, Practice Builder for Indianapolis
Practice Builder/Project Manager to grow and lead a Roadway Design practice.
Complex engineering design tasks as well as marketing, business development, client contact, and the growth of Indiana and INDOT Roadway Design practice in the
Indianapolis Office.
Participates in the month end project review conducted by the Regional Manager
Project review if and when their project is selected for detailed review by the Group Manager
Monthly project progress report, as required
Reviews Revenue Summary Reports monthly, including the status of A/R and WIP
Project Control
Evaluates the effect of scope changes on project budgets and schedules, then negotiates
with the client to increase fees required to accommodate such scope changes as necessary
Reviews, approves, and provides necessary documentation for invoicing in a timely manner.
Maintains client accounts including collection of Accounts Receivable (AR’ s).
Marketing and Business Development
Provides input and participates in business development efforts
Maintains professional relationships with all clients
Qualifications:
BS degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university
10-20 years relevant experience in roadway design
Must have proven skills in meeting DOT expectations, schedules and budgets
INDOT experience is required
IN PE required
Track record of successfully winning and delivering work with INDOT
Demonstrated capabilities and success in managing medium to large projects, multi-office
projects, and/or multiple projects
Proficient with OpenRoads and/or Geopak, Microstation, and/or AutoCAD
