A respected and established hospitality group is searching for an experienced General Manager to lead one of its flagship restaurants in Sterling, Virginia.

What You'll Do
Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with full P&L responsibility.
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing management team and hourly staff.
Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences.
Drive sales, profitability, labor productivity, and controllable costs.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor future restaurant leaders.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and execution.
Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve results.
Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service, upscale casual, or polished casual restaurant.
Proven success leading large teams and developing future leaders.
Strong experience with P&L management, labor, food cost, and inventory controls.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Hands-on operator who leads from the floor and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
