What You'll Own
Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing management team
Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day
Drive sales, profitability, labor, and food cost performance

Build a culture of accountability, urgency, and hospitality
Own the restaurant's P&L and key performance metrics
What We're Looking For
5+ years of restaurant experience
3+ years in restaurant management
1–2+ years as a General Manager
Proven success leading high-volume restaurant operations
Strong P&L, labor, and cost-control experience
Passion for developing people and building winning teams
Hands-on leadership style with a relentless focus on execution
