Lead a Farm-to-Table Restaurant in the North Georgia Mountains
An established, locally owned restaurant group is searching for an experienced General Manager to lead a successful farm-to-table restaurant near Ellijay, Georgia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who appreciates scratch cooking, locally sourced ingredients, genuine hospitality, and a strong connection to the community.
We're looking for an operator who can take ownership of the restaurant, develop a great team, control costs, grow sales, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
What You'll Do
Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Drive sales, profitability, labor productivity, and food-cost performance
Recruit, hire, train, and retain outstanding employees
Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and execution
Manage scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and controllable costs
Analyze restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Lead from the floor and remain highly visible with both guests and employees
Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and genuine hospitality
Partner directly with ownership to continually improve the restaurant
What We're Looking For
General Manager or strong senior restaurant management experience
Full-service restaurant background required
Farm-to-table, chef-driven, upscale casual, or scratch-kitchen experience is highly preferred
Strong understanding of P&L management, food cost, labor, and inventory
Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain strong teams
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Passion for food, hospitality, and the guest experience
Hands-on operator with an ownership mentality
