Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact, answering questions and advising up to 20 clients
Provide overall care of end-to-end bookkeeping and finance processes such as invoicing, payroll processing, sales tax, year end prep, etc.
Work with the support team regarding services and delegate tasks as needed
Ideal candidate will possess:
Must reside in USA
Higher-education accounting degree
Experience at a CPA firm or public accounting firm a plus
Current or former multi-client cloud experience
Strong full accrual processes knowledge
3+ years running payroll, closing books, creating cash and accrual-basis processes
2+ years using QuickBooks Online (QBO), Bill.Com, Gusto, etc.
Experience in pulling data from external systems to complete monthly close
