Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant industries (e.G., pharmaceuticals, medical devices), preferably across multiple functions such as Operations, Quality, Compliance, and/or Research and Development.
At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience required.
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, quality management systems, and project management.
Recent MDR experience
TrackWise Digital Experience
Documentum –Nice to have
SAP is helpful –Nice to have

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a comprehensive Quality Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective operational execution.
Act as a quality leader within the organization, guiding cross-functional teams, managing compliance functions, and ensuring product quality and safety.
Host regulatory inspections, interact with regulatory bodies, and address any findings.
Drive continuous improvement efforts in quality systems, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with ISO 13485, CFR 820, and other relevant industry standards and regulations.
Project management expertise, with a focus on driving key deliverables and meeting business needs.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
Behavioral Skills:
Proven ability to build strong relationships across teams and influence key stakeholders.
Effective communication and customer orientation skills, with the ability to develop strategic relationships.
Adaptable to changing priorities with a focus on achieving results and maintaining quality standards.
