We are currently hiring for a Quality Control Supervisor who plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our client's products. If you're passionate about maintaining product integrity and driving excellence, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the Quality Control Department.
Conduct tests and inspections at various stages of the production process.
Compile and evaluate statistical data to maintain product quality and reliability.
Provide on-the-floor supervision and hands-on involvement with materials/products.
Maintain departmental housekeeping and ensure compliance with quality plans.
Train and mentor quality inspectors to uphold quality standards.
Foster a positive team atmosphere and lead by example.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in calibration of inspection and test equipment preferred.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 environment is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of industry welding codes, standards, and Non-destructive Examinations.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.
Proficient in using precision and non-precision inspection equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support as needed.
