Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about maintaining and enhancing quality standards? We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to help shape exceptional processes and products while driving quality initiatives throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Define test requirements and automate procedures to enhance user experiences.
Oversee all phases of software development, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
Evaluate specifications and technical designs, providing timely and actionable feedback.
Plan, implement, and execute quality management and testing strategies.
Lead root cause analysis efforts using tools like 8D, 5-why, and fishbone diagrams.
Utilize DFMEA/PFMEA to identify and address potential quality issues proactively.
Maintain and improve quality documentation in alignment with ISO9001 standards.
Conduct internal and external audits of the quality management system.
Collaborate with continuous improvement teams to ensure quality during efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
3-5 years of relevant experience in a quality-focused role.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers.
Hands-on approach to problem-solving and direct involvement with manufacturing teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to develop and maintain digital documentation.
Experience with ISO9001 and Six Sigma certifications (preferred).
