Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer. This is a key role for our client in maintaining their commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Define test requirements and automate test procedures for an exceptional user experience.
Monitor all phases of software development, from design to delivery.
Maintain quality standards throughout the development process.
Assess the quality of specifications and technical design documents.
Plan and implement quality management and testing strategies.
Contribute to internal root cause analysis programs.
Use proactive tools like DFMEA/PFMEA to identify quality control issues.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of quality documentation.
Conduct internal and external audits of the quality management system.
Collaborate with the continuous improvement team to ensure quality during manufacturing efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a related field.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Hands-on problem-solving approach and desire to collaborate with the manufacturing labor force.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong computer literacy.
Experience with ISO9001 documentation preferred.
Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification preferred.
