An established and rapidly growing real estate investment and property management company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family homes in the Phoenix area. About the Opportunity In this role, you’ll be the key connection between property owners, residents, and vendors —ensuring homes are well cared for, residents are satisfied, and owners are confident their investments are in capable hands. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, leasing activity, and property marketing while being empowered to make decisions that directly impact resident experience and portfolio performance. What You’ll Do
Manage a portfolio of single-family homes, ensuring timely leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, owners, and vendors.
Oversee the full leasing process —from property marketing and showings to move-in coordination.
Coordinate maintenance, conduct inspections, and ensure lease compliance.
Collaborate with a team that values innovation and communication.
Use your creative skills to help enhance marketing content and community visibility (Canva experience a plus).
What We’re Looking For
Active Arizona Real Estate License (required to lease single-family homes).
1+ year of experience in leasing or property management of residential properties.
Experience leading/managing a team
A natural relationship builder who communicates with authenticity and professionalism.
Proficiency with property management software and CRM systems.
Bonus: Experience using Canva or similar tools to create engaging marketing materials.
