We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Sales Executive to join our Seattle office. What You’ll Do: As a Project Sales Executive, you'll be instrumental in providing our clients with tailored HVAC and energy solutions. You’ll leverage your technical expertise and sales skills to create value for clients through energy-efficient, sustainable HVAC system designs and upgrades. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Drive Business Growth: Identify and develop project opportunities through referrals from our extensive service base, client capital plans, and energy initiatives.
Build Client Relationships: Establish rapport with clients, listen to their needs, and provide custom solutions that align with their goals and budgets.
Lead the Sales Process: Collaborate with both internal and external teams to create compelling proposals and effectively present them to clients. You'll drive projects to successful completion through negotiation and coordination.
Manage Proposals: Maintain an active backlog of proposals, ensuring timely follow-up and record-keeping using Salesforce.Com.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously develop your technical expertise and stay informed about the latest trends in HVAC, energy efficiency, and sustainability to better serve our clients.
What We’re Looking For: To be successful in this role, you’ll need a mix of technical knowledge, sales experience, and a passion for helping clients achieve their energy and facility goals. Here's what we're looking for:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial HVAC project experience. A combination of HVAC education and residential HVAC project experience may also be considered.
Education: Strong background in mechanical or electrical systems, and energy efficiency applications. A college degree is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications: CEM, LEED AP-OM, or similar certifications are a plus.
Technical Expertise: Experience with diagnosing system design issues and implementing energy-efficient solutions. Control system experience is preferred.
Self-Motivated: You’re a self-starter who thrives in a goal-driven environment, managing your time and priorities effectively to meet targets.
Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 40 lbs. Without accommodation.
