As a Project Manager for our client, you're the mastermind behind our projects. You'll ensure everything is in place, from supplies to resources, and you'll track projects from start to finish, ensuring they're completed on time and within budget. You'll juggle multiple projects across different sectors, building strong relationships with clients and keeping them in the loop with each step.
You'll dive into proposal prep, estimate costs, set schedules, and keep everything on track. You'll review contracts, ensure compliance, and lead your team to deliver top-quality work. When challenges arise, you'll be the problem-solver, guiding your team to success and keeping our standards sky-high.
Required Skills:
A solid understanding of machining, welding, millwright, and mechanic trades.
7+ years of experience in manufacturing processes, especially in mining, power generation, oil and gas, gearbox, or hydro industries.
A degree in engineering, manufacturing engineering, or business Or Work Experience.
Computer skills and experience with job-estimating, routers, purchasing, shipping, and receiving.
Knowledge of geometric tolerance standards and the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a skill for negotiation.
A passion for excellence and the ability to manage time like a pro.
This is a full-time role, typically Monday to Friday, with some weekends on a rotating schedule.
