We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager II to join our team, bringing strong Excel and spreadsheet abilities along with a collaborative, customer-focused attitude. This role requires more than traditional project management –we're seeking someone with a solid foundation in business processes and an openness to engaging with customers directly.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and execute strategic action plans to complete projects on time and within scope.
Serve as the primary liaison for Operations, including Engineering, Sales, and Customers, ensuring seamless communication and project status updates.
Maintain and manage project schedules, providing weekly reports on progress, obstacles, and resolutions.
Collaborate with Purchasing to identify and prioritize long-lead items, ensuring timely procurement to support project timelines.
Use excellent communication skills to negotiate and achieve collaborative solutions across functional groups.
Apply strong organizational and project management skills to set goals, track performance, and mitigate risks efficiently.
Contribute to business process improvements, aligning project outcomes with broader business objectives.
Lead with a positive and motivational approach, fostering cross-functional teamwork and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
BS in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years in manufacturing, serial production, or project management.
Proficiency in Excel and strong spreadsheet skills (testing required during interview).
Basic understanding of data centers, with familiarity with manufacturing supply chains as a plus.
Accreditation in Project Management (PMP or similar) is beneficial.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
