Join our clients growing team as a Project Manager and lead cross-functional projects to success! We’re seeking a dynamic professional with a background in engineering and solid project management experience to oversee all aspects of project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and implement action plans to successfully complete projects on time.
Collaborate closely with Purchasing to identify and procure all long lead items to keep projects on schedule.
Document and communicate project status, addressing obstacles and crafting resolutions for seamless management updates.
Organize and plan projects with a focus on setting achievable goals, monitoring performance, and managing risks to deliver results.
Apply traditional project management skills alongside an understanding of manufacturing supply chains and MRP systems.
Provide leadership and foster team motivation, promoting a collaborative approach to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
Engineering degree required.
Minimum of 5 years’experience in project management, scheduling, or production planning.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to reach win-win solutions across functional teams.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage priorities effectively.
