Job Description

Project Manager –Mechanical IndustryAre you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the mechanical industry? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you.We specialize in mechanical HVAC, plumbing, and industrial pipefitting projects across the greater Middle Tennessee area. Our focus is on replacement and retrofit projects for various facilities, requiring expertise in reading blueprints and engineered drawings.Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects ranging from $10, 000 to $10 million, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Responsibilities include: Conducting on-site job walk-throughs with customers and subcontractors to define project scope.Leading meetings to discuss project progress and address challenges.Collaborating with Field Supervisors to develop and maintain project schedules.Reading and interpreting blueprints and engineered drawings to ensure project accuracy.Preparing and submitting submittal packages for engineer approval.Securing necessary permits for project completion.Managing AIA (progressive) billing for larger-scale projects.Ordering equipment and materials to keep projects on track.Providing close-out and warranty documentation upon project completion.Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience, currently in the $100K range401k match –100% match up to 4% after three monthsFully paid health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 daysTwo weeks of paid vacation, increasing with tenure (up to four weeks at 10 years)Nine paid holidays, including Christmas Eve and Day, New Year’s Eve and Day, and moreCompany-provided cell phone and laptop (if required)Ongoing training and development opportunitiesScholarship program eligibility after one year of employmentHealth Savings Account with company match after 60 daysLife insurance, short-term disability, and telemedicine services provided after 90 daysQualifications: Strong project management experience in mechanical HVAC, plumbing, or industrial pipefittingAbility to manage projects of varying scale and complexityExcellent communication skills to effectively work with customers and subcontractorsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in AIA billing and project documentationIf you are looking for an opportunity to grow your career with a company that values expertise, professionalism, and development, we encourage you to apply.Apply today to join our team!#RIMUS
