We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our client's Project Managers in planning, executing, and completing projects on time and within budget. This role is critical in ensuring that resources, budgets, and timeframes are aligned to meet project goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers to create detailed action plans for resources, budgets, and timelines.
Track parts through fabrication and ensure timely identification and ordering of long-lead items.
Coordinate shipments, verifying accurate part selection for delivery.
Maintain and track finished part inventory and manage outsourcing and vendor coordination.
Organize project-related paperwork, ensuring all materials are current, filed, and easily accessible.
Serve as a primary contact for project teams and stakeholders, preparing and reviewing memos, meeting minutes, and emails.
Anticipate and resolve potential technical issues or challenges.
Create and manage comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Qualifications:
At least 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Experience in manufacturing or the oil and gas industry is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Excel and Microsoft Project.
Familiarity with planning and risk management techniques.
Education:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
