Are you an experienced Production Planner with a passion for driving efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to ensure seamless production schedules and on-time customer order delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery for all customer orders.
Analyze sales order releases for capacity planning and material requirements, and work closely with manufacturing and purchasing teams to manage material status and resolve production planning issues.
Expedite and prioritize job orders alongside Project Managers, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Lead and manage weekly production scheduling meetings to keep all stakeholders aligned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or GED required;additional education or certifications are a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
